More Leader Traits Mod is a very simple mod that lets your normal leaders start with 2 traits, and your rulers with 3. Also affects the AI.
More Leader Traits Mod also adds more negative traits for your leaders. I might suggest using one of my other “More Leader Traits” mods with this.
